This year and for the eighth time in a row, the wines of Marqués de Murrieta and Pazo Barrantes have once again been chosen as the official wines of the international tennis tournament held in the Spanish capital: the Madrid Tennis Masters. The bar was high after the successes of previous years and, even so, expectations have been exceeded and the wines of Marqués de Murrieta have triumphed again.
Exclusivity and sport came together over the course of ten days at the Caja Mágica, in an event with great detail that surprised many well-known faces such as Nieves Álvarez, Juanjo Oliva, Fernando Nicolás and Eugenia Martínez de Irujo.
Marqués de Murrieta has also had a special boutique in the VIP area where the almost three hundred guests who have passed through it have played tennis in virtual reality, experiencing what Rafa Nadal or Alexander Zverev feel on the court.
In addition to enjoying the game of the best tennis players from the boxes of the Manolo Santana center court, the guests of the VIP tent have been able to enjoy the best gastronomic delights served by the so-called "best caterer in the world", Do&Co, and the new vintages of Marqués de Murrieta wines.
Undoubtedly, these weeks in Marqués de Murrieta the focus has been on sport, as Marqués de Murrieta Reserva 2014 has also been chosen again as the official wine for the VIP area of the Montmeló Formula 1 circuit, in Barcelona.
