1. PURCHASE PROCESS 

To purchase the products offered, the following steps must be followed:

Product selection: Browse our website, select the quantity and click the “Add to cart” button whenever you wish to add one or more products to your purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, its reference, attributes, quantity and price in euros.

Starting the purchase process: To begin the purchase process, click the “Checkout” button. If you are not registered as a Club Murrieta member or have not logged in as such, you will be asked to do so. Should you prefer not to register, you may still place your order as a guest by entering your details.

Verification of purchase details: Before selecting your payment method, you will be able to review your purchase details and correct any errors made when entering your information. Once you have verified your details and shipping address, confirm your order by clicking the button to continue to payment.

Selection of payment method: Select your preferred payment method, enter the information required for that payment method and click the “Pay now” button.

Once you have provided all the necessary information and clicked the “Pay now” button, the contract will be deemed concluded for all purposes.

Purchase confirmation: Once we receive your acceptance, MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA will display an on-screen confirmation that you may save and which will contain the following information:

• Order number.

• Order date.

• Summary of the products included in the purchase.

Throughout the purchase process, you may consult the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and view the final price of the selected products.

 

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the applicable consumer and user protection regulations, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within the legally established period, without having to provide a reason for their decision and without incurring any penalty, except in the circumstances excluded under the applicable legislation.

Once the request has been received, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by email, together with, where applicable, the relevant instructions for returning the product or managing the service.

3. RETURNS

After receiving your order, you have 24 hours to request a return by contacting us at club@marquesdemurrieta.com, and we will provide you with the relevant instructions.
