Click on the "Join Club Murrieta" button, located in the top right corner of the screen under the Club icon. Fill out a short form and click submit.

We do not have a fixed schedule, though they usually coincide with the release of new vintages.

Registration is not necessary to make a purchase, but it is required to enjoy the benefits of Club Murrieta. Certain wines are only available to Club Murrieta members.

Yes, businesses can make purchases through Club Murrieta.

We accept debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available.

Yes, CLUB MURRIETA uses “Shopify Payments” to ensure maximum payment security. This system encrypts payment data securely, complies with PCI standards, and supports 3D Secure payments.

You will receive an SMS from the courier service once your order is out for delivery. The SMS will include the transporter's website and a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery.

  • Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched from the winery. You can cancel by emailing club@marquesdemurrieta.com or calling +34 648 271 512.
  • For gift card purchases, you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund.

Inform the courier immediately upon receipt, and contact us by emailing club@marquesdemurrieta.com or calling +34 648 271 512.

  • If your order does not arrive in optimal condition, report the issue to the transport company immediately and take at least 3 photos of the package.
  • Additionally, you have up to 24 hours from receiving the products to request a return by emailing club@marquesdemurrieta.com.
  • Once MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA has received and inspected the returned products, a refund for the returned items will be processed within a maximum of 5 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. This guarantee does not cover return shipping costs, which must be covered by the customer.

National shipments to mainland Spain take 48/72 business hours, and a maximum of 10 days for international or non-mainland deliveries.

Shipping is free within mainland Spain for orders over €150, except for Gift Experience Boxes. For orders under €150, international based on postal code and weight.

If you are not available, the courier will leave a delivery notice with the necessary information to arrange a new delivery. MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer, or if delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA's control.
