ACCESO A LA WEB

MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA pone a disposición del público (en adelante usuario), que acceda a la presente página web y subdominios (en adelante el portal), información sobre los productos y servicios propios (en adelante contenidos y/o productos).

El acceso al portal supone la aceptación de las presentes condiciones generales y particulares contenidas en el portal, por ello, recomendamos a todos los usuarios que previamente a comenzar a navegar en el mismo lean las presentes condiciones, que a continuación se acompañan, así como la política de privacidad y cookies, y que en caso de duda, se pongan en contacto con atencionalcliente@marquesdemurrieta.com para que les puedan asesorar en cualquiera de las cláusulas que componen el portal.

 

PROCESO DE COMPRA

Para la adquisición de los productos ofertados se deberán seguir los siguientes pasos:

Selección de productos: Navegue por nuestra página, seleccione la cantidad y pulse el botón “Añadir a la cesta” cada vez que desee incorporar uno o varios productos a la compra. El carrito de compra contiene el nombre del producto seleccionado, la referencia, los atributos, la cantidad y el precio en euros.

Inicio del proceso de compra: para iniciar el proceso de compra pulse el botón “Realizar pedido”. En el caso de que no esté dado de alta como miembro del Club Murrieta o no haya accedido como tal, se pedirá que lo haga. En caso de que no quiera registrarse, podrá realizar su pedido igualmente como invitado introduciendo sus datos.

Verificación de los datos de la compra: Previamente a seleccionar el medio de pago podrá verificar los datos de su compra y corregir cualquier error producido en la introducción de datos. Una vez haya verificado sus datos y la dirección de envío confirme su pedido pulsando el botón continuar con el pago.

Selección del medio de pago: Seleccione el medio de pago que prefiera, introduzca los datos necesarios para dicho método de pago y pulse el botón “Pagar ahora”.

En el momento en que facilite todos los datos necesarios y pulse el botón de “Pagar ahora” el contrato quedará perfeccionado a todos los efectos.

Confirmación de compra: Una vez recibamos su aceptación, MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA emitirá una confirmación en pantalla que podrá archivar y que contendrá la siguiente información:

• Número de pedido.

• Fecha de pedido.

• Resumen de los productos que se incluyen en la compra.

Durante todo el proceso de compra puede consultar las Condiciones Generales de Compra así como conocer el precio final de los productos seleccionados.

 

UTILIZACIÓN CORRECTA DE LOS SERVICIOS

El usuario se obliga a usar los Servicios de forma diligente, correcta y lícita y, en particular, a título meramente enunciativo y no limitativo, queda terminantemente prohibido:

• Utilizar los Servicios de forma, con fines o efectos contrarios a la ley, a la moral y a las buenas costumbres generalmente aceptadas o al orden público;

• Emplear los Servicios y, en particular, la información de cualquier clase obtenida a través del Portal para remitir publicidad, comunicaciones con fines de venta directa o con cualquier otra clase de finalidad comercial, mensajes no solicitados dirigidos a una pluralidad de personas con independencia de su finalidad, así como de comercializar o divulgar de cualquier modo dicha información;

El usuario responderá de los daños y perjuicios de toda naturaleza que MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA pueda sufrir, con ocasión del incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones anteriormente expuestas así como cualesquier otras incluidas en las presentes Condiciones Generales y/o las impuestas por la Ley en relación con la utilización del Portal.

REGLAS DE CONDUCTA

Los usuarios podrán contactar con MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA e interactuar en determinadas secciones del portal, por ejemplo compartiendo secciones en redes sociales, siempre y cuando respeten el presente código de conducta:

• NINGÚN USUARIO PODRÁ HACERSE PASAR POR OTRA PERSONA U ORGANIZACIÓN, en caso contrario puede incurrir en falta o delito según el Código Penal y el Código Civil Español.

EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD

MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA se reserva el derecho a interrumpir el acceso a los servicios en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, ya sea por motivos técnicos, de seguridad, de control, de mantenimiento, por fallos de suministro eléctrico o por cualquier otra causa justificada.
