Marqués de Murrieta Reservation Policy



Any reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and Marqués de Murrieta S.A. will send a corresponding email with the reservation details.
48 hours before the start of the confirmed experience, a reminder email will be sent with all the details of the contracted experience.
For all our experiences (except for gastronomic services and personalized events), the client may request any modification or cancellation of the reservation by sending an email to the wine tourism department at with a minimum notice period of 72 working hours before the scheduled start of the experience.
If the cancellation of the visit is due to reasons attributable to the winery, Marques de Murrieta S.A. will refund the total amount.
For any gastronomic experiences and personalized events, the deadline for modifications and cancellations will be 10 working days in advance.
In extraordinary circumstances, Marqués de Murrieta reserves the right to partially modify the contracted experience, without the client being entitled to additional compensation. In these cases, the client may request a date modification.

Marqués de Murrieta, S.A. reserves the right to admission.
Marqués de Murrieta, S.A. may intervene if a visitor disrupts the satisfactory development of the experience for the rest of the participants.
Upon entering the premises, visitors must present an identification document (ID/Passport) per vehicle. Visitors are kindly requested to be punctual.
Visitors are recommended to arrive at the premises at least 10 minutes before the start of the experience. Experiences start at the scheduled time.
For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the premises.


In accordance with Law 42/2010, of December 30, on health measures against smoking and the regulation of the sale, supply, consumption, and advertising of tobacco products, approved by the General Courts, Marqués de Murrieta S.A. is a smoke-free space.
