Pazo de Barrantes voluntarily adheres to the Decalogue of Integral Sustainability of the Food Industry, designed and promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Marqués de Murrieta was able to do it before and today Pazo de Barrantes does it. In our commitment to the environment and society, we continue to implement actions that make us increasingly sustainable. For us, this adherence to the Decalogue of Sustainability is another step in the search for excellence.
What is this Decalogue?
Comprehensive sustainability is essential, especially for those who, like us, depend on it for our activity. In order to adhere to this decalogue, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) has designed a set of requirements and tools to promote Sustainability, with the main objective of taking care of our environment and improving the international competitiveness of the Spanish food industries by improving our level of sustainability in its three aspects, economic, economic environmental and social issues.
