No, you don't need to sign up to buy but it is required to enjoy all the advantages.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes. In order to ensure the maximum level of security, MARQUÉS DE MURRIETA uses the "secure payment system”. This means that confidential payment details are transmitted directly in an encrypted form to the corresponding financial institution.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once your order has been shipped, you will get a notification by sms from the transport company with the tracking number.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

If you notice that your order is damaged at receipt, you should contact us by email at atencionalcliente@marquesdemurrieta.com within the 48 hours following the receipt of your order.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

You can request the return of your order within 10 days of the receipt. Please, contact us by email at atencionalcliente@marquesdemurrieta.com.

 

After checking that returned products are in good condition, Marqués de Murrieta will refund the money within 5 natural days using the same payment method you previously used. Refund does not include shipping charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In  2-10 working days.

 

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our club members get free shipping on orders over 120 euros (just valid for mainland Spain). In all other cases, shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on postal code and weight.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY?

If you are not present at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the details to arrange a new delivery.

 

Marqués de Murrieta will not assume any liability if delivery cannot be completed in the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the client.
  • Due to causes beyond the control of Marqués de Murrieta.
  • Absence of the receiver.
